Christopher Boog is a Vice-Chair of the International Arbitration Practice Group and co-heads Schellenberg Wittmer's Sports Practice. He represents clients in complex international commercial, investment and sports arbitration matter as well as in setting-aside proceedings before the Swiss Supreme Court. Melissa Magliana is a partner at LALIVE specializing in international commercial arbitration. She is also a member of the Executive Committee of the Arbitration Court of the Swiss Arbitration Centre, where she acts as Secretary to the Court, and a member of the board of the Swiss Arbitration Association (ASA), for which she acts as co-chair of the ASA Arbitration Retreat.

Dr. İsmail G. Esin graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Law in 1990. After acquiring his LL.M degree from Tübingen University Germany in 1991, Dr. Esin started his legal career as a research assistant at Marmara University, Department of Civil Law in 1992. Originally from New Zealand, James Hosking is a founding partner of New York-based Chaffetz Lindsey LLP and leads the firm’s international arbitration practice. He has acted as counsel in disputes under all the leading rules, and sat as an arbitrator in some 60 commercial or investor-state cases. He is a member of the Governing Board of the International Council for Commercial Arbitration, a Fellow of the Arbitrators and Mediators Association of New Zealand, and Vice President of the Court of the Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration. Juliet Blanch is a full-time arbitrator with Arbitration Chambers, having previously chaired the international dispute resolution practice at Weil, Gotshal & Manges. Andrea Meier practises arbitration and litigation and is recognised as a leader in her field. She has acted as arbitration counsel or arbitrator in more than 90 arbitrations under various national laws and arbitration rules (ICC, Swiss Arbitration Centre, DIS, VIAC, WIPO, UNCITRAL, CAS, ad-hoc, etc.). Dirk De Meulemeester is a distinguished legal professional with over 20 years of experience in dispute resolution, specializing in both national and international commercial and investment arbitration. He holds a Master of Law degree from Ghent University and has completed expert training at the University of Cambridge and the University of Cologne.
Dirk is a practicing lawyer at the Brussels Bar and a partner at De Meulemeester & De Brabandere Law. Dame Elizabeth Gloster was a commercial and Chancery QC at One Essex Court from 1991 to 2004, before becoming the first woman judge of the Commercial Court. Appointed to the Court of Appeal in 2013, she served as Vice-President of the Civil Division from 2016 until her retirement in 2018.
Since then, Elizabeth has returned to One Essex Court as a full-time international commercial arbitrator, handling a wide range of cases in areas like insurance, shipping, banking, and energy. She is one of 25 arbitrators for the EU-UK Withdrawal Agreement and has been involved in notable investigations and appointments, including her 2020 report on the Financial Conduct Authority and her 2021 appointment to the ICC International Court of Arbitration.
Elizabeth had a prominent career as a QC, specializing in corporate, financial markets, and insolvency cases, and represented clients in major international insolvencies and complex arbitrations. She also served as a Deputy High Court Judge and sat on the Courts of Appeal of Jersey and Guernsey.
Appointed as a High Court Judge in 2004, she presided over significant cases, including the Berezovsky v Abramovich trial, and was Judge in Charge of the Commercial Court from 2010-2012. As a Lady Justice of the Court of Appeal, she handled important commercial cases like LIBOR fixing and the Ukraine v The Law Debenture Trust Corporation case.
Elizabeth is an Honorary Fellow of Girton College, Cambridge, and Harris Manchester, Oxford, and a Patron of the London Branch of CIArb. She has delivered notable lectures and currently serves as a Judge of the Abu Dhabi Global Market Courts and a Justice of the Court of Appeal of Bermuda.
