CANCELLATION POLICY. Istanbul Arbitration Days (“IAD”) reserves the right to modify or cancel registrations as necessary, with prior written notification to attendees. In the event of IAD cancelling the event, attendees will receive a full refund on their ticket. However, please note that IAD accepts no responsibility for any travel or accommodation expenses incurred by attendees. Cancellations made by the attendees in writing within 14 days of purchasing event tickets will be eligible for a full refund. In any case, cancellations received less than 14 days before the event date will not be refunded in any case. Attendees wishing to cancel their participation in any sessions should notify IAD at registration@istanbularbitrationdays.com subject to this cancellation policy.
